We had to create a product that would help people with disabilities.

S - I have been involved in a situation where we had to create a product that would help people with disabilities. We were given the liberty to be creative and come up with ideas for this project and it was quite challenging but also exciting at the same time.

T - My role was to come up with ideas about how our product should look and what features it should have. The task was to find a way for people with disabilities to use our products easily and effectively.

A - I took action by coming up with some ideas of how we could make it easier for them to use our products, such as making them smaller so they can carry them around easily, or having a bigger font size so they can read it better.

R - After discussing my ideas with other members of the team, we came up with the final design of our product which was very similar to my original idea but also different in some ways because everyone had their own opinion on what would work best for our target audience which led us down different paths towards finding something that everyone could agree on being suitable for all users regardless of gender or age group.

When my boss asked me to help create an ad campaign for a new product

S - I have had the luxury of being creative in my work on multiple occasions. The most memorable time was when my boss asked me to help create an ad campaign for a new product. It was exciting because it was something I had never done before and difficult because it required me to learn more about the company's goals and how they want their products to be represented.

T - The task was to help create an ad campaign for a new product.

A - I took on the task of researching different campaigns that were similar to our new product, such as ads for energy drinks or protein powders. I looked at what made them successful and why they worked so well. After looking at different examples, I decided that one of the best ways to make our campaign successful would be by using a funny meme that showed people exercising with their new product (this was an energy drink).

The meme would be posted on Facebook and Instagram with a caption reading "Want more energy? Try [product name]!"

R - This strategy worked well because we received many likes and comments from viewers who wanted to try our product after seeing it advertised online!

When I was working on designing the website for a client.

S - My most recent time when I had the liberty to be creative with my work was when I was working on a project for a client.

T - The task was to create a website for them, which included designing it and ensuring that it met all their requirements.

A - I was responsible for designing the website, and since it was for a company that deals with online marketing, I had to ensure that the site met their needs as well as those of their clients. I went out of my way to make sure that the site met all their requirements by adding extra features, such as analytics and tracking software so they could see how many people were visiting the site.

R - This resulted in an increase in visitors to their site as well as increased sales from clients who were interested in what they had to offer.

When I worked as a content writer for a website about different topics that interested me

S - In the past, I have had a lot of opportunities to be creative with my work. One such example was when I worked as a content writer for a website. This was a very small company and I was one of only two employees. The other employee was the owner of the company and he would assign me tasks to complete whenever he needed something written.

T - My duties were simple: write articles about different topics that interested me.

A - Sometimes those topics were things I knew nothing about so it was very challenging! However, I found that using Google and other resources to research these topics helped me learn more about them, as well as improve my writing skills and vocabulary.

R - In this way, being creative with my work has been both exciting and challenging—but always rewarding!

When I was assigned to work on a project that was going to be presented to our CEO

S - I had just joined the company, and I was assigned to work on a project that was going to be presented to our CEO. The task assigned to me was to create a presentation for the CEO that would include all of the key data about the new product line and why it was important for our company.

T - My role in this situation was to create a presentation that would convince our CEO that this new product line we were developing would be beneficial business-wise. I had to analyze all of the data available and present it in an organized manner so that the CEO could easily understand what he was looking at.

A - I researched all of the information about this new product line and how it would benefit our company. I looked at past projects that had been successful and analyzed how they were able to pull off such successful results. Then, I took all of that information and put it together into one presentation for our CEO's review.

R - The results from my actions were very positive; our CEO saw how well this product line would benefit us financially, so he gave us permission to continue developing it further until we could start selling it on a larger scale later down the road (which is what we're doing now).

When I was working on a team that was tasked with designing an ad campaign for a new product.

S - I was working on a team that was tasked with designing an ad campaign for a new product. We had to use our creativity to come up with a way to communicate the product's benefits and make people want it.

T - My role was to design the ad campaign, which included coming up with slogans and images for each phase of the campaign. The company wanted something that would appeal to millennials, but it also needed to be clear enough so that anyone could understand what it was all about.

A - First, I came up with a list of potential slogans and images based on my research into what other companies were doing in this area. Then, I presented them all together to get feedback from everyone else on the team. Finally, we decided on one slogan and three images that we felt best represented what we wanted people to know about our product—that it was innovative and easy to use.

R - After hearing back from our clients, they approved all of our ideas! They said they loved how we made sure everything was clear and concise while still being fun and engaging at the same time.
